nload

nload是一款基于终端的网络流量监控工具，可以直观地显示实时的网速情况。首先需要安装nload：

sudo apt-get install nload

然后使用以下命令启动nload并监控网速：

nload

运行nload后，可以看到类似下图的界面，上方显示了实时接收和发送的网速情况。
